Rose Teresa Slugo

Rose Teresa Slugo, 97 years old formerly of Southview, died Saturday, August 27, 2022 in Bridgeville Rehabilitation and Care Center.

She was born December 16, 1924 in , daughter of the late Antonius and Sophia Zevnik Tutin.

She was a member of former Guardian Angels Church, SNPJ. She enjoyed bingo and baking.

She worked as a Laborer for Canonsburg Pottery.

Surviving are  her son, Leonard Slugo of Upper St. Clair, grandchild, Sean Slugo (Missy Rolin) of Bridgeville, great-grandchild, Alliegh Rose Slugo, grand daughter- in-law, Tricia Slugo of Beaver Falls,  brother, Louis (Marceline) Tutin of Leesburg, Fla.

She was preceded in death by husband Tony W. Slugo, Jr, grandson, Leonard Slugo, Jr. in 2020, and daughter-in-law Linda Slugo in 2021, 3 sisters Frances Suchoparski, Stephanie Zdovc, Sophie Persutti, and 3 brothers, Tony, Joseph, and Frank Tutin.

Friends will be received Tuesday, August 30, 2022 10:00 AM-12 P.M., at the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services 3378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA. where a Blessing Service will be held at 12:00 PM.

Interment will follow in the Venice Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the Gallagher Hospice 1370 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
