Christine Celeste Maslonek Eckels

   Christine Celeste Maslonek Eckels, 78 years old of Bethel Park, formerly of Cecil, died Saturday, January 26, 2019 in her home.

   She was born January 11, 1941 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Thomas and Matilda Celar Maslonek.

   She enjoyed cooking and canning, camping, and crocheting. She liked spending time with her grandchildren, and her dogs.

   She worked as a clerk for Hills Department Store, Heidelburg.

Surviving are daughter, Karen (Thomas) Kramer of Bethel Park, grandchildren, Emily, Logan, and Kelton Kramer of Bethel Park, four brothers, Tim (wife Gail deceased) Maslonek of Tampa, FL., Francis (Dottie) Maslonek of Cecil, Adrian Maslonek, and Eugene (Rita) Maslonek both of Bridgeville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eckels in 2015, and son, Robert Samuel Eckels in 1986.

Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 P.M., Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road (Rt 50) Cecil, where a Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

Interment will follow in the Venice Cemetery.
