Leora Partozoti

Leora Partozoti, 80, passed away on January 29, 2023, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She retired as a nurse's aide from Kane Hospital where she cared for the elderly for 23 years. She enjoyed wintering in California with her daughter and family. She adored her grandson as they were kindred night owls watching tv and talking for hours. One of her favorite pastimes was watching classic movies-especially westerns featuring John Wayne. She loved attending shows in California performed by a family friend who is an Elvis impersonator. She enjoyed going to The Meadows to watch her brother's horses race. Over the years she loved the time she spent with her nephews and their families. She was an animal lover-particularly dogs.

Leora is survived by a daughter, Lorie (Gary) Rossi of Orange, CA, grandson, Nicholas Rossi, of Los Angeles, and two brothers, William (Dellie) Spotti and Charles (Carol) Spotti, both of McDonald.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Alden Partozoti.

To abide by her wishes all services will be private. A celebration of her life will take place at a warmer time.

Memorial donations can be made in Leora's name to: UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.

Arrangements entrusted to the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA 15321
