Lauretta A. Altieri

Lauretta A. Altieri, 94 years old of Washington, formerly of Cecil Township, died Monday, September 16, 2019 in Evergreen Assisted Living, Washington.

She was born May 7, 1925 in Washington, daughter of the late William and Ona Cox Bushmire.

She was a member of Venice Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, shopping, family gatherings, and watching her grandbabies.

She worked as a clerk for Santoni general store in Muse, and was a homemaker.

Surviving are two daughters, Renee (Pete) Kanski of Elizabeth, and Jodi (Jeff) Gallagher of Washington, son, Mark (Debbie) Altieri of North Huntingdon, ten grandchildren, Jason (Sarah Garcia) Kanski, Ryan (Jie Rong) Kanski Jamie (Jenny Smothers) Kanski, Mario Altieri, Kyle (Denver) Altieri, Abigail Altieri, Shane (Halie) Gallagher, Derek Gallagher, Vanessa Gallagher(Laquan Edwards), and Evan (Jasmine)Gallagher, great-grandchildren, Brooke, Leo, Sophia, Bella, Kolbie, Marcelina, Mark Allen, Justice, Brooklyn, Noah, Landry, Laya, Kevin, and Bodee, a brother, Jerry  Bushmire, and niece, Debra Bushmire both of Massillon, OH.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Onoreno (Reno) Altieri and brother, Donald and his wife Lorraine Bushmire, and sister-in-law, Judi Bushmire.

Friends will be received 2-8 P.M., Friday, September 20, 2019 at the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services 3378 Millers Run Road, (Rt 50) Cecil, PA. and additional visitation Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00 AM in the Venice Presbyterian Church with Pastor Gary Chorpenning officiating.

Interment will follow in the Venice Cemetery.
