Judy Lynn Bowser

Judy Lynn Bowser, 83 years old of Cecil Township, died March 31, 2024 in West Penn Hospital.

 She was born May 27, 1940 in Cecil Township, daughter of the late Frank Ludwin and Clara Ludwin.

Judy worked at John Kane Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 37 years before retiring.

Judy, known to her family as JuJu, loved sewing, winning numerous first place titles at the Washington County Fair. She also enjoyed baking, crafting, shopping and playing Farmville. Family and holidays (especially Halloween) were extremely important to JuJu. Everyone knew they could come to her house for handfuls of candy. Judy's generosity was just one of her many wonderful qualities.

 Surviving are daughter JoAnn (Luke) Edmonds; sister Janice (Karol) Gibbs, nephew Eddie (Chrissy) Gibbs, niece Terri (Larry) Nowakowski, great-niece Maddison Nowakowski and many generations of nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wilbur 'Web' Bowser in 2008, brothers Chuck, David, Doug and Wayne Ludwin and sister, Bertha Jane Ludwin.

 Friends will be received Wednesday, April 3rd from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Rd. (Rt. 50), Cecil, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 10AM.

Interment will follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
