Bettymae 'Betsy' Buoninconti

Bettymae 'Betsy' Ruth Buoninconti, 78 years old of Canonsburg, died May 23, 2023 in West Penn Hospital.

 She was born January 22, 1945 in Pitcairn, daughter of the late William K. and Olive Cunningham Woodward.

 She was a member of John McMillan Presbyterian Church, Bethel Park and Pennsylvania State Education Association.

 Bettymae graduated from Thiel College and earned her Masters Degree in Education at Pitt. She volunteered at the church's Christmas Affair and had an affection for all Animal rescue and shelter associations.

 Surviving are daughter Ciretta (Doug) Mickey; granddaughter Gabriella (Alex) Taylor both of Canonsburg; grandson Noah Mickey of Castle Shannon; a great-granddaughter Isabella Taylor, and her former husband, Steve Buoniconti of Offenbach, Germany.

 She was preceded in death by her parents and a stillborn sister Sandra.

 Friends will be received 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM, Friday, May 26, 2023 at Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, PA 15321, where a funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM . Graveside Service and interment will be held at St. Clair Cemetery, Saturday, May 27, at 10:00 AM.
