Alice M. Fox

Alice M. Fox, 78 years old of Cecil, died Friday, April 22 in her home, surrounded by family.

On September 6, 1943 she was born and raised  in Blawnox, daughter the late Lawrence Roland and Anna Mae Mooney Welsh.

She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, St. Mary Church, Cecil.

She worked as a Nurses Aid for 27 years at St. Clair Hospital.

Surviving are husband, Martin Fox of Cecil, sons, Greg (Amy) Fox of St. Clairesville, OH and David Fox of North Liberty, IA., brother, Larry Welsh of New Jersey, sister, Patty (Gary) Nolder of North Carolina, granddaughters, Morgan, Sydney and Rielee Fox and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Charles "Chuddy" Welsh. Alice enjoyed shopping for hours, gardening, cooking, baking, camping, and snow birding in Florida with her beloved husband.

Friends will be received 3-8 P.M., Monday, April 25 at the Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 3378 Millers Run Rd. Cecil, PA 15321 where a blessing service will be held Tuesday, April 26, at 10:00 AM with Father Dennis Yurochko, officiating.

Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
